If I could not give a star I would that is how awful this location is. First and foremost, I scheduled a cleaning months ago to only be seen and told I needed a deep cleaning. Which was totally fine. I was given a quote and had to reschedule because the appointment was too long to be done the day I had arrive. The quote I was given was for $155 which was no problem at all. I show up yesterday for my appointment to be greeted by a new hygienist whom I have never seen. I asked if he was new, and he said, he started 3 months ago and was "actually" a dentist from his country but had to redo his schooling here in Tampa to become a dentist in America. I said, great, I just need the deep cleaning I was scheduled for. He stated he need to examine me as I was a new patient. I was a tad bit annoyed but said no problem. The exam took over 30 minutes and I had yet to have a cleaning. He went and brought me a quote that said I needed deep cleaning for over 1k. I was SHOCKED! I literally had a quote

The staff is friendly, and the hygienist is extremely knowledgeable. The hygienist made sure I was comfortable during my cleaning. I am pleased with the level of care I receive each time I visit the Hyde Park office.

Terrible Experience- Don’t trust this office as they treat you with no respect and pressure you into buying expensive dental treatments from every possible angle! They cancelled my Friday afternoon appointment with one hour notice to reschedule on the Memorial Day holiday. During my next visit they pressured me for 10 more X-rays( 14 were taken the last visit about 6 months ago), told me I needed two crowns for $1,500. Next a newbie Dental Hygienist poked and irritated my gums, told me I had Peridontal disease. After proposing $911 in special cleaning and treatments they refused to give me a normal 6 month cleaning that was the original intent of the appointment. Stay Away!
