I scheduled an appointment and received no less than 6 different reminders and confirmations via email and text. I showed up for my appointment only to be told that they don't have me on the schedule, there's a note in the system saying they left a message, and that there's no one that can see me today (an hour and a half before closing) because they called in sick. I have no missed calls or voicemails. They made no attempt to even offer a new appointment or any resolution at all - basically just sorry about your luck.
