Don't even think about going in if you are Latino, first they leave you waiting for hours and the doctors don't want to tell you anything in Spanish even though some are Latino and if you ask them to repeat something to you...they treat you like if you weren't smart , this happened to my husband, we will not return anymore.
I came in for my 2pm appointment and was kept waiting 20 minutes after this time. I repeatedly said l did not want anything that wasn’t covered my insurance. The hygienist then tells me l have to pay for other services which l said no. She then says she can’t continue service. I am on a fixed income and unable to pay more than what insurance covers. I am not at all happy.
The office staff is very friendly and helpful. The doctor was great he was informative and took care of my emergency dental work with care and ease.
