Sitting in the parking lot after my visit right now. I don’t do a ton of reviews, but these guys and gals earned this. I had a dental emergency, in a time where my son is having life changing complications in the hospital. This office got me in same day, got me out of pain, and even saw me the next day to numb me up again until the root canal can be done. The ladies at the front desk, and the ladies bringing me back in the office were incredibly polite and helpful. My 5 year old came with me the 2nd day, and they complimented his Wu-Tang shirt and even gave him a prize. He was so excited and happy. Dr. Gao was nothing short of amazing. I’ve had extensive dental work and extractions after a car accident. Never in my life have I had a dentist give me numbing shots that I could barely feel going in. He has a way of doing it that was incredibly comfortable and relief came quick. Other dentists have just kind of jabbed it in and spun it around (it felt like at least). I would give 10 stars
Had an appointment for a regular checkup that was scheduled 6 months in advance. With less than a weeks notice they called me to reschedule. I called them back and there was no answer. This went on for a few tries. In between the game of phone tag, I received a text message asking me to confirm my appointment. I still tried to call and still was unsuccessful reaching anyone in the office. The appointment was a Monday and on the preceding Friday I received a second text message asking me to confirm my appointment, this time I assumed they sorted out whatever was driving them to reschedule my appointment and responded "yes". They followed up with another text on Sunday night as a final reminder that I have a Monday morning appointment. I arrive Monday morning to be told, that they tried to reach me and they could not see me that morning. I explained my attempts to call, and the text message that confirmed and reminded me about the appointment. "Oh, That's just our automated tex
Everyone here has treated me so nicely and they really seem to care about their patients and their teeth. They did not judge me one bit and made me feel welcome. They asked me what made me insecure about my smile & i said my front teeth because of cavities so that was the first thing they fixed. I really am happy i found this place and i’m so thankful that they’re helping me!
