Dr. Frederick is by far the “best” dentist I’ve ever been to. Had crown work done completely painless. Dr.Frederick is very friendly, kind and listens to his patients. The staff is super friendly and respectful.

They do not support online bill pay and the customer service around payment is awful. I went in for a routine checkup and was told I only needed to pay a set amount. Fast forward a few months and I have a surprise bill to pay. It's a small one so I don't mine but I called three times to pay through the phone and every time they have been too busy to take my payment... The worst thing is that three different people have promised to call me back to take the payment but I have yet to receive any type of call or voicemail. My invoice is overdue at this point.

I’m one of those guys that HATE going to the dentist. On top of that, I have vasovagal syncope which can be a real struggle with anything medical. Jasper took some quick X-rays, and her and the Dr. explained to me plainly what I was looking at. The Dr. gave some recommendations and didn’t use scare tactics like I’m used to at the dentist. She cleaned my teeth and explained exactly what she was doing every step of the way. I can tell she was very experienced and really cared about my comfort. She made an hour feel like minutes, and I didn’t have any pain after the cleaning or the next day like I expected! This is the first time I’ve actually had a good experience at a dental office! ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️ ⭐️
