I had my first root canal with Dr Mack. He explained everything thoroughly. After the procedure he spent around 10 minutes explaining post care instructions. He also called me at home that night to make sure I was okay. I never had any complications or pain after the procedure! I would highly recommend him & his crew. They were all very professional.

Have been to CES twice in the last two years. Once to redo a root canal. Dr. Mac explained the situation very well, going through the scans in detail. The root canal was uncomfortable but fine. Afterwards I had no issue. Dr Mac called personally a couple of days later to see how I was doing. Two years later I went to CES for another tooth. Again good explanations and discussion of treatment plan. Dr Mac also prescribed me some medication to take with me on a business trip in case the situation got worse before I returned and chose treatment. My wife has also had a root canal done with him and was a good experience. Highly recommended.

Everyone at the office was friendly and made me feel comfortable. I didn't feel pressured into anything but the doctor was knowledgeable and went over my different options with me. I haven't had my procedure done yet for what I was seen but would 100% trust Dr. Mac and his team go do a wonderful job. Edit 4/1/2024 - I had my procedure done through CES and they were amazing. It went smoothly and I would recommend them to anyone needing anything done. Dr. Mac called to check in later that day to make sure I was feeling okay. They are a great team. Very thankful I went with them!
