Comfort Dental

Yesterday was my first time going to this location. I end up running into the same dentist I had 2 years ago at the Dublin Granville one he's very kind and takes the time with each patient. I don't know names but the front desk staff was awesome very friendly and accommodating. And the lady with the long curly hair was my favorite. I was nervous to get a wisdom tooth pulled. And she and the dentist actually sang me a song while numbing my gums. She kept motivating me telling me I got this. She didn't have a name tag on but she's awesome! And I would never go to another comfort dental again! Unless it's this one thank you guys!

The dentist was so nice and understanding. Even after being a little irate with him he still went above and beyond to make sure my needs were met! Thank you comfort dental for all your patience and care.

The workers they help my kid at the time was very gentle and understanding because it was his first time. Showed him nothing but love. But for the owner as he said he was he was very real I called in and he just answer the phone with an attitude I can't hear you you need to speak up like I ask you to than while on the phone with him I said omg because my phone was about to die while powering it back on he called back I try to apologize and he start yelling over me talk about you rude don't come back here. He didn't have to worry about me coming back because there's no why to speak to someone owner or not. I try to explain to you what happen and you act like an whole kid and hang up on me but that's what made you mad right. Than I called to cancel appointments I had book because of how I was treated than the rep that answer the phone gave me attitude like I did something to her sheesh so all y'all have attitudes. Nobody should be treated like they beneath you.
