Dr. Dubois and Staff are the best. Me and my Mom, who is 87 years old had a very good experience, as Dr. Dubois takes his time providing the needed treatment and explains everything he is doing in detail, making you feel totally comfortable during the process. I would recommend Comfort Smiles Dentistry, everyone there is extremely professional, patient and pleasant.
My daughter needed bridge work after her braces. It was a tough job since the bridge work was in the front of her mouth and the color, shape and size needed to be perfect. Dr. DuBois did an excellent job. I’ve never seen my daughter smile so much.
I came in to have a crown re-attached, I picked this office because I live nearby. The price of my appointment YoYo'd several times. I was quoted $80, ended up paying $200. The receptionists at least suggested another insurance plan I could switch to once open enrollment starts. But the dentist was really condescending and did a poor job. He glued my tooth back in at a weird angle, and since I was trying not to touch it with my tongue I didn't notice until I had walked out and checked my rearview mirror. I walked back in, he essentially said I must have damaged the tooth somehow and it was in no way his fault. The reality is he didn't place it properly on my gum tissue. It's in the front of my mouth and now I have a lisp, plus it felt loose again within hours. I left so frustrated I was almost in tears. Afterwards, friends told me this facility is renowned for bad experiences and I should have waited to be seen elsewhere. Save yourself the nightmare and avoid this place.
