Don't go here. Unprofessional, fraudulent, and incompetent. Found exactly 3 cavities in each patient, even though they weren't visible on the x-ray. Cleaning was painful. Wait was excessive. They also left a piece on tooth fragment in one persons gums that caused intense pain for weeks. Went back to see dentist, who did nothing. Another week later pulled a sharp 3mm tooth fragment out of his gums.

After terrible experiences and wrong diagnoses at Affable Dentist (Depew), we decided to try Concierge. When I walked in I was greeted with a smile from their upbeat and sweet secretary/front of office worker. My wait was breif and then Jillian called me back for xrays and a cleaning. Let me tell you how AMAZING Jillian is!! She is so knowledgeable and educated in her field. I love learning and I think Jillian sensed that from my 100 questions. She gave me excellent recommendations, taught me how to properly floss and gave a thorough oral exam - unlike any I've ever had before. I saw Dr. Monie who was excellent and so kind! Her exam was also very thorough! We shared a lot of laughs and overall, the experience as a whole was stellar! I told Jillian, the dentist and the secretary on the way out that I couldn't wait to come back! And now here I am counting down the days until February ???? In all honesty, I highly recommend!

So glad I changed my Dentist to Concierge in Lancaster. The equipment/machines seem to be totally up to date with the technology that's out there. This was my 1st visit so I only saw the Doctor at the end but she was very nice. Amanda the Hygienist is AMAZING!! Extremely knowledgeable and explains everything. Great friendly and funny personality. If you're looking for a new Dentist, THIS is the place to go.
