The worst dental office; they will not call in you any prescription even though they have not only seen my tooth but they did X-rays as well. I would not recommend a dog to this dental office. Then the young lady claim that Dr. Hill don’t know what’s going on so she can’t call me in anything for pain. Then she admits that Dr. Hill seen me a month in a half ago. You all are all about trying to make a dollar. You have no compassion for your patients. I only been there once for a cleaning. I tried to give a black owned dental office business. And I see I should have stick with my previous dental offices at least they have compassion for their patients.

Their work is good, but lacks hospitality. I always feel as if no one in the office really cares about me as a person first nor my dental health. My experiences so far: - No one cared to ask about my previous dental work nor even a simple how my day's going. I just get looked at like something is wrong with me and I can't be perfect all the time. I'm still learning as I grow like I'm very young. - When I was getting my cleaning, I could feel the aggressiveness or irritation that the worker didn't want to deal with me. I was feeling pain from the brush hitting where my wisdom teeth healed and I was expecting some type of reassurance that she didn't mean to but I guess she wanted to hurt. I probably might be reading it wrong but I know the difference because she kept mhm'ing me as well. (I can't fully explain the situation. I was trying to recall as I type). I have been getting my teeth cleaned from contemporary smiles for about 9 years. I recently moved so they aren’t around the corner from me anymore but I will continue to come to them. The office staff is great! I love Ms.Anita. She always greets me with a big smile. Mia the hygienist is awesome. She is friendly and gets the job done quickly. Dr. Hill is absolutely wonderful! She is so kind and caring and wants what is best for your teeth. I don’t feel like just a patient when I come... I feel like family! So if you are searching for a good dentist that cares then try Dr. Hill! You won’t be disappointed.
