Cortland Dental

Took my kids here yesterday, and never going back. First off, a community dentist, no privacy at all. They wanted to extract my daughters baby tooth. They told me my son had 8 cavities, then told my wife he had 12. They are shady, and just want to use people to get money from your insurance company. I wouldn't trust them with your mouth, even if you needed all four of your wisdom teeth taking out. They need to be reported, because they are committing malpractice by doing unnecessary surgery on children.

every time i come here they always make a “mistake” with my appointments or they always seem to “miss place” documents. this staff has no idea what they are doing. one staff member will tell you one thing and a whole other staff will tell you the opposite. don’t even get me started on how rude the dental hygienist are ! please take your children some place else :)

Most of the staff is friendly and kind. That being said several times there have been mix-ups with my children's care. They asked my 7 year old for information rather than myself and I gave it 3 times before she went in. I also usually arrive early and have now been kept more than 30 minutes later than the appointment should have started 3 out of 5 visits. This is absolutely unacceptable. The few nice staff are the only reason we've continued care here.
