Creekside Endodontics

Dr. George Hwang is an amazing endodontist. His work was so good my dentist showed it to other dentists in the office when I came in for my permanent crown. Not only is Dr. Hwang a great endodontist he is a kind and caring person. He puts you at ease initially and makes sure you are comfortable throughout the procedure. When he is done he does not walk away (as other dental professionals I have encountered) but says goodbye, wishes you well and tells you to call him if you have any concerns at all. I also want to mention that the entire staff at Creekside Endodontics Sacramento is kind, caring and professional. This is a rare and wonderful find! Everyone I encountered seemed genuinely concerned about my comfort. This was an emergency procedure and the receptionist immediately squeezed me in so I would not be in pain for another day. I hope I am done with root canals but if I need another one this is the only office I will use.

I was told I need a root canal, but upon requesting financial information, I was given codes, codes that don’t seem to be covered by my Delta Dental PPO, because you are considered to use high end technology. It’s great that you do, but why don’t you have the option that does not require this high end stuff. Not everyone can afford that. This means that for a simple assist of a 3D simulation treatment I will have to pay almost $400.00. Also, I was told I need a panoramic x-ray for just one tooth??? Isn’t that a little excessive, even though one is covered by my insurance every 3 years, I prefer to use it for something urgent and for multiple issues. Can’t you use a normal X-ray? Disappointed… please let me know if you have options. I will change this review if you do.
