Creekwood Dental

A very nice gentleman was the Dental Technician who cleaned my teeth. He took his time to be sure that each tooth was cleaned properly before he continued to use the polishing machine. After that he made sure of prices before moving on to any other treatment, and we agreed that the fluoride would benefit me more than the few dollars in my purse. Then we talked just pleasantries before he escorted me to the front desk for check out.

Called with a dental emergency on 1/16. The soonest the could see me was Monday 1/22 @ 10 am. I booked the appointment, confirmed via text and completed all online paperwork as requested prior to coming in. Upon arrival I was informed by the receptionist that my appointment was cancelled because I did not VERBALLY confirm and they gave my appointment spot away to someone with a “dental emergency”… although I had to wait a week for my dental emergency. Showed the receptionist my CONFIRMED text from the office, but they were unwilling to accommodate. I work in healthcare and understand that you are trying to keep your books full to make money, but this is very distasteful and poor patient care to cancel appointments like this.

The office is very efficient. The staff is very professional, kind and caring.,The dentists and assistants explain everything during the visit. I highly recommend this group.
