My daughter and I both chose DeBell & Paventy and it's been a great experience. Great customer service and they really do care about your results and aren't just trying to rush you through the process
We've been very happy with our experience here. Dr. Jake and all the staff are warm and explain things well. It is easy to get an appointment, even at the last minute. The pricing is very fair and they offer no-interest financing and flexible monthly payments. I would definitely recommend this practice to my friends and family.
We started out with Dr Magnuson and her team who were all amazing. Never had a problem! Since Drs DaBell and Paventy have taken over this practice my daughter has had numerous things go wrong. Brackets not being closed (4 times now!) stoppers misplaced, new wires not being clipped , etc. The only reason I gave it 2 stars was because of Cassie. Cassie worked with Dr Magnuson and continues with this new practice. She provides excellent service! We never have an issue when we see her. We will no longer refer or recommend this office. They are done getting our money.
