Dental Arts of the HV

This office is completely out of touch on how to service their clients. Today I received a call that my cleaning was canceled (for the 2nd time) because the hygienist would be out. They would reschedule me for 6 months from today. This is the 2nd time they have pushed me out 6 months. I tried to reason with the receptionist...would not hear of it. I get it, they have too many patients....well guess what....keep up this type of service...you won't have this problem. Here is a clue for you...try treating your customers a bit better...pretend that their business is important to you. If I treated my customers as you do....I would be out of business. Moving on...you should too!!

This is the most unprofessional and awful dentist I have ever encountered. They do not explain procedures but instead skirt around the issues. I was treated horribly when i requested my medical records and refused to get them personally my self. They violated HIPPA and once called out, they relented snd told me I was confused on the law. I received condescending attitudes from all staff. I was made to pay out of pocket for 2 crowns not knowing they were more expensive. The work was shoddy as well. Steer clear of this place.

I’ve been going here for YEARS, and to be treated the way I was today was absolutely ABSURD, rude and dismissive! I had an appointment today and when I called in to say I was a half hour early and outside, only to be told that my appointment was canceled because I didn’t email my COVID questionnaire. I explained that it was sent on Tuesday at 10:50 a.m. and Sonya replied that it’s “not my fault that we didn’t receive it”, in addition that it’s not her fault that my voicemail was full. I looked at my phone to see if I had any missed calls from them, which I DID NOT! Moreover, I verified their email, which was sent to the verified email. The attitude I received was one that was unprofessional and there were no accommodations made to ensure that my appointment could be reinstated. I am infuriated and disgusted with what transpired and how I was treated.
