There aren’t enough words to describe how excellent not only Dr. Skibinski is, but the whole team I have been blessed to experience the practices performed by. I made the switch a couple of years ago, in fact, I believe it’s going on three now. I was sent to that facility because they were the only ones that could fit me in on this dead line I had for this procedure (root canal) that Fond du lac (10 minutes from me) swore up and down I needed, just didn’t have the time to squeeze me in during that time duration I had. I drove the distance (just over an hour) to see Dr. Breecher, my first time/experience at this facility. He, an endodontist (certified for professional practice and have the equipment to perform safe and actual necessary root canals.. from my knowledge) sat me in his chair, and explained to me just how badly the fond du lac location screwed up my dental care and that I was in fact NOT in need of that root canal. He took that full scheduled appointment and gave me his time

Disappointed in how they made my kids sit through painful fillings and disregarded their pain. They flipped on payment amounts each week and could not provide explanation as to why cost paid was more than what was previously provided. Adult providers have been okay but billing is messed up without explanation and they totally disregarded my children’s being in pain. They have also, on multiple occasions, billed an old insurance and tried to get me to cover the cost. They seem impossible to work with. I’m still not sure why I had to pay $500 more than I was told the week before.

I have been coming to Dental Associates in Franklin for over 5 years. Almost 3 years ago I engaged in orthodontic services with braces. Initially with Dr. Wurm things were good. After Dr. Wurm left things went down hill rapidly. Appointments are difficult to get with little to no flexibility. There are different orthodontist almost every time with ever changing plans that always result in more money despite my braces being paid off. I asked to speak to the manager regarding my "care". I was told she would review my chart and call me to discuss. I never received a call. I am at the point now that I am ready to start over elsewhere and potentially pay out of pocket just to receive adequate care. I DO NOT recommend them for orthodontic services and I think the Better Business Bureau should look into the "services" they are claiming to provide and undoubtedly billing for.
