Dental Associates

My insurance changed and had to change my dentist so after looking around I ended going here after seeing that their rating was pretty high. I had an initial appointment and found it odd that they didn't do dental cleanings along with X-rays and the general check up with the dentist. I ended up having to schedule a separate appointment for a cleaning around two months later. I never dental appointments set up like this at any other dentist and it's already inconvenient to find a time when I'm not working just to go to the dentist. Their service is pretty average so why waste my time doing this when I can just go somewhere else that can do it in one appointment? That was already annoying but I figured I'd stick with them because I didn't want to go through the hassle of finding another dentist and the staff were nice and did a fine job. Fast-forward to now and they're sending me a notice that my bill, which I've already paid a month ago at my appointment, is past due and they are threa

My son had to have on cavity refilled due to the last on falling out. It was Dental Associates error, so it's considered a redo. We get there and we stated to the receptionist that we were there for the redo. The dentist took it upon him self to fill another cavity also, that we didn't agree to so now t we're being charged for a service we didn't agree to. So now will call Contact 6, for help.

Went in for a new patient appointment and they only did x-rays. Was assured upon setting up my appointment that my teeth would be cleaned. Now I have to wait another four months for a cleaning that should only take minutes. I mean the dentist was nice though. And Tina the, manager , has no clue what she is doing Otherwise, I would have put one star.
