Force them to contact your insurance and verify coverage. They told me they were in-network for Tricare and I was billed $500 because they are not anymore. They are actually operating as a separate entity (Sweet Smiles Family Dentistry) which they were not forthright about. Basically got hit with the bait and switch and was told too bad please pay for all services including anesthesia (typically not covered under insurance regardless). Do not recommend going to them
Nicole was hands down one of the best hygienists I have ever had. She was very informative and insightful. She was also conversational and relatable which made the experience pleasant. This was the first time I’ve left the dentist and have actually flossed everyday since.
This place has some of the best hygienists I have ever had and my dentist has always been so kind and helpful. I would recommend this location to anyone, especially people who have had bad experiences with dentists in the past!
