Over the years, it can be easy to become accustomed to the good service a business offers and almost take them for granted. After all, we choose businesses based on the quality of service and return when they meet or exceed our expectations, right? Well…. I can never take Dr. Sheila Muller for granted and I am overdue in posting a public acknowledgement of just how great she is and how Riverside Dental Group has served my children so well. It seems like things just continue to improve upon service I could not have noticed any room for improvement in the first place. The staff are ALWAYS professional and kind. The service is ALWAYS as scheduled and never overbooked. Dr. Muller ALWAYS remembers, reviews, and reminds us of pertinent and personal things related to my children’s individual care. And I always see children who are relaxed, happy, and willing participants in their experiences at the two offices we’ve had appointments. The one time I saw a nervous child, he was handled

They are so amazing here Albert at the front desk is super friendly and so helpful making sure he gives you all the information you need and answers any questions or concerns you have... Then there is Ms. Melissa who is such a happy cheerful soul, she took the time to show my daughter around the office and make her feel comfortable in the office. Dr Harris was amazing she explained everything to me and took care of my daughter's pain that day to make sure she left there feeling better. Please Gives this place a chance you will be so so happy that you did.

My wife, Helen has been going here for over 25 years. Great service, until she needed emergency service, and discovered they don't have an emergency service in place. She needs a wisdom tooth pulled, and has to wait 3 weeks for the oral surgeon. In the meanwhile, she takes Motrin and Oragel. Never ever had a toothache type of issue in her life. Also, in the meanwhile, she lost weight because she can't eat properly. Oh well
