I will never go back here! Second time and had the same nasty dental assistant both times. I did not understand my treatment plan and asked questions and she immediately was frustrated with me. In front of the whole waiting room she says I'm not arguing and walks out. The lady at the front desk also told me I need to listen to what the nasty lady says. All the while other people are watching this. I'm so sorry I'm not a dentist and didn't understand! I will be taking my thousands of dollars of dental work somewhere else!

Buckle up, this is gonna be a long one. I’ve had three total visits at this dental facility and I can say with confidence I give five stars each time. The first time I came, I came for a consult on a cavity I had. The check in staff was so warm and welcoming, after giving my necessary information it was SO quick to get me back. I got my consult and my teeth cleaned. Dr.Miller was involved was very explanatory and informative. I never felt scared or misinformed. Being 21 and going to the dentist for the first time alone can definitely be scary. When it came time to fill my cavity every step was explained, why something was done, why it would help, what was wrong and why it needed to be fixed. When they applied my crown it was a little large but no matter how many times I said it felt off they immediately took my word and adjusted it. My crown fits wonderful by the way!!! I cannot say enough good things about this office. After years of not seeing a dentist I decided that it was time. I called a few places and none of them could take me the same day, until I called Dental Care of West Melbourne. Not only could the see me the same day I called, they were extremely friendly, and even gave me great directions to their office. When I arrived, I was greeted with warmth and smiles. I was offered to sign up for a dental plan program since I am not insured and right off the bat they were helping me save money. I have severe dental anxiety but they made me feel so at ease. My dental hygienist Courtney was so AMAZING, she was so compassionate and gentle and understanding of my situation, I truly appreciate her so much for doing all she did for me. When I saw the dentist, Dr. Hoang, he really took the time to explain my options and the dental plan they had in store for me.
