Horrible with children. They do not take their time at all. Our daughter had to have extensive dental work that could have been prevented. Will be switching care.

This was by far the worst dental experience I have ever had. I called to schedule a routine cleaning and the first available appointment wasn’t for 3 months. When my appointment came around I arrived at the office and the first thing I noticed was how dirty the facility seemed. When I checked in I was given a treatment plan that said I would owe $240 at the end of my appointment. I was confused because I have dental insurance that covers cleanings and X-rays, and all of my insurance information was given over the phone when I first made my appointment. When I brought up that I had insurance the lady working at the desk said that there was a note of my insurance in the file, she walked away and left me standing there for 5-10 minutes and comes back with the same treatment plan but with little check marks next to the items and tells me it will be covered by my insurance... kind of strange but okay I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt. Waited on hold for over 20 minutes just to be told they couldn't accept new adult patients. I been a patient since I was 4 and been going back my entire life. I had big gap during COVID. Disappointed but time to move on i guess.
