Dental Del Valle

I absolutely LOVE them! I never in my life have been treated with so much respect and care at a Dental office. Every single staff member and both dentists that I met are absolutely amazing! They have performed life changing treatments on me. I’m so grateful for Dental Del Valle !!

i scheduled a new patient appointment for my boyfriend who has stage 4 cancer. i mentioned that i was his caregiver and that he was a cancer patient COUNTLESS times. they took him back without reviewing his new patient forms (which stated several times that he has cancer). i explained that i need to be with him at all times and need to be aware of all information that’s discussed. i was told to wait in the waiting room until an assistant got me once his x rays were finished being taken. no one ever came to get me. instead, they took his x rays, did a full exam (WHICH A Tx PLAN WAS NEEDED), and were about to start his cleaning. my boyfriend told them to bring me back and i immediately had questions about the results of the exam. the assistants bring Dr Chris Atchinson where he claims that i’m causing a ruckus and that he’s not going to allow me to “treat his staff like that”. i’m causing a ruckus by asking questions regarding a patient’s oral health ? by asking why i wasn’t brought back

Best staff and doctor! Amazing with kids. We absolutely love this place.
