The wait!!! We came in Saturday for a 10:30 appointment and they were almost an hour behind. No one told us until I went up after 30 minutes of waiting and they said it would be another 15 minutes. We had to reschedule. We are back for a 9am appointmnet and it is 9:56 and they are just now seeing my daughter. Everyone is nice, but come on! Let people know they are in for a wait!
Great first visit with Dr. Tyler Rolland. He was very cordial and very thorough. He explained everything in a manner that was easy to understand. I was also impressed with the staff.
Everyone I interacted with in the office, were all so friendly & professional. Dr Rolland, he is super fantastic!! Very personable, friendly, caring, thorough, and took the time to listen to me, tell of the problems I was having. His assistant, Ashtyn Smith was just as sweet, kind & caring, as well. I felt welcomed and right at home. 10 +
