Dental Depot

I have to start off saying that everyone was very friendly. The actual visit lasted all of 10 minutes. The reason for a 4 star and not a 5 is because while everyone was going right in after a few minutes of waiting, I waited an hour and a half. I thought maybe it’s because he is a toddler and maybe because he is a new patient. But nope a toddler came in and waited not even 5 minutes. When I registered I handed the tablet to someone else at the front desk other than who was helping me. I went back up and asked (politely) how much longer it would be she pulled everything up and then asked if I showed ID and registered. I said yes, I handed the tablet to you. She said oh that’s right. Give me one minute. And literally not even 2 minutes later was being called to the back. The doctor did the exam but didn’t say exactly how his teeth, gums, etc was looking. The assistant did. Which is fine but it would be nice to hear from the doctor. I mean no news is good news so I’m not upset but it woul

I DO NOT RECOMMEND they will make you an appointment and they do nothing but send you back home and charge you I could not even get them to clean my teeth or do a filling after 3 visits I gave up last time after driving 50 miles and again with him doing nothing but charging me I would go anywhere else but dental Depot

I’ve been coming to Dental Depot Midwest City for awhile now. It was a very good experience at first both the dental staffs and the front office were very good, nice, very accommodating. The hygienist at first were very good. They performed dental prep before the dental prophylaxis procedure including teeth polishing. Nowadays with me the hygienist did not polish my teeth very good. Teeth polishing is included in the dental prophylaxis procedure. I have to ask for teeth polishing to be done with my teeth . If they performed it they didn’t do it on my teeth individually. Teeth polishing is very important as part of dental prophylaxis because it removes dental stains, controls bacteria on the teeth .
