The office staff is very inconsiderate. I say for over 30 mins waiting on an appointment that put me down for as same day that I booked 6 months ago at my last cleaning. The staff was unapologetic and didn’t care at all. A bunch of eye rolling and sighs while I’m speaking like I didn’t take off work to be here. They changed their policy back in Oct that you have to reply to the reminder text or they cancel you. But they don’t send you any paperwork or policy change in the mail. So how exactly does your clients know? I come every 6 months for my cleanings so I should’ve been updated at my last cleaning or mailed something.
I had a toothache late in the evening and was able to send a text from the website. The very next morning I was contacted by text and setup a walk-in appointment. I was able to get in and receive relief from my pain. It was a very good experience. I am very happy I chose Dental Depot to do the job!
Dr. Vu and his staff are great! They keep me informed and take good care of me and make sure everything goes smoothly. They make sure I know about upfront costs and make sure I understand every step along the way!
