Id had a great experience. The staff was very friendly and explained the process I will be going through to straiten my teeth and how to properly take care of them.

Omg I have been a consumer with this company when Dr.Ashmore had one office 23rd … the back and forth issues I have had since my brace have been off for not a full 90 days almost feels as if they are price gouging smh ????????‍♀️ no one could have told I would be feeling are going through this with the company I have in trusted for more than 15 years …. I truly miss Dr.Casey Ashmore

The staff in back are good and provide good service, but the staff up front not so good. I have been a patient and my children have been patients we all have got braces, they have all been paid maybe not always on time but I have always paid on our accounts. And my insurance covers there part also. This last visit I agree for staff to have my card information on file, but never signed or have authorized them to run my card. One of there account managers tells me it's a policy of there. I never heard of that policy and I have always called in to make my payments. Now I had an appointment on June 21st I got there checked in and paid my balance owed. No problem with that. I get a letter in the mail today 6/24/2923 that I'm 30 days over due on my payment that is due on 7/15/2023. Office management at the nw 63rd office is just incompetent. I will never refer anyone to this place and will be glad to get my braces services done so I don't have to deal with them anymore.
