Dental Depot

Wait time was over 2 hours, still only have 1 dentist and that one doesn't speak to you or your children. They do 1 cavity every few months. They definitely try to get a small cavity turned into a route canal. Who waits 4 months to fix a cavity???? Dental depot at every location takes forever. Will never go back to this place. I have found super smiles is a ton better and cares if their patients teeth get better.

Minimal effort at this place. The hygienist was good, X-Ray staff was nice, but literally DO NOT go here if you want any kind of thorough care. I sat down and the dentist whispered to the hygienist, told her he basically doesn’t know what’s going on with me, referred me to an oral surgeon who frankly idk if I even trust to go to at this point. Then I’m told to come back hours later for my cleaning, when I figured X-rays and cleanings were done at the same appointment? I show up for my cleaning, and the dentist doesn’t even talk to me AT ALL. Doesn’t check on my teeth after the cleaning, or before. Nothing. So hopefully that hygienist is paid enough, cause unless you’re getting a filling, seems like the dentist does BARE minimum interaction with his patients, and the hygienist carry their practice. Also they prescribed a mouth rinse that isn’t even made anymore. So call to ask if there is a replacement rinse for gingivitis and they basically give me a shoulder shrug and say to talk to t

Worse than Ocean Dental. I'm going into 6 months of a cleaning and they have only managed to clean half my teeth. They insist on breaking it out into 4 visits to get 4 copays out of me or they simply do not have the staff to handle the patients. Out of my numerous visits, I have never once even spoken to a dentist. I now have to find a new dentist and start this process all over and pay more money due to their incompetence. This place is a scam.
