Dental Dreams

Dental Dreams? More like Dental Nightmares. I went here two years ago and it traumatized me to be taken care of by hygienists and dentists who DON’T communicate with you what they’re doing. So you lay there in the chair, no one is speaking to you, and when it’s time to clean your teeth or whatever, they don’t say a word and just go for it. And continue to talk to one another. Very unprofessional and I’d only send someone I don’t like here.

First visit and I was very happy! The place is spacious, the front desk staff was professional and so kind. The dental assistant and dentist were wonderful. The place was clean and organized. It was a great experience overall. Recommend 100%

I have an amazing doctor who did my teeth nicer but the issues are the nurses and their assistant who answers the phone calls they’re not polite they hang up and they don’t look over the system if the patient has an appointment and I say this cause today I called to reschedule my appointment and I called earlier the lady hung up and I called again and she said I didn’t have any appointments so I said okay have a nice day bye I recheck and I have proof then she called 4 times I didn’t date to answer cause of the rudeness so as a HR I left a concern note on the Hr department officials to discuss this issue cause I don’t want anyone to go through I went today it wasn’t the kind polite service even if the person isn’t having a best day still they must treat people well and respected cause the company has a policy but honestly I hope this situation would be resolved soon urgently that way no one go through it again I am a nice person but she lucky that it was with me today who knows who wil
