Dental Faculty Practice

Had appointments lined up on the day things got lockdown due to covid. Now still no contact or update whatsoever and calling the number just gets "we are understaffed and will forward." Ultimately it's my fault to be so patient and wait for more than a year I guess.

I've had multiple negative experiences with the receptionists. They seem uncommonly unprofessional. They made oversights and mistakes often and behaved rudely to try to shift the blame. I assumed USC would provide better than typical quality, but after the interactions I've had, I just grew leery of trusting this office. By the way -- that's a review of the faculty practice, presumably the best of the best, not the student-performed services.

This should be no surprise but Amerikkka’s medical system never fails to enrage me. You shame poor ppl for being poor and here they are trying to get better and you guys charge an arm and a leg. Have to wait 2 months to have important procedures be done and approved by medical. Staff telling you you have to call medical to beg they approve the procedure. Ppl in pain y’all just throw ibuprofen I can get that at the dollar store. These ppl will see you bleed to death before doing anything that doesn’t make them profit.
