I have finally found me an excellent Dental Provider! The whole team at DGC is amazing! Had my first visit on a Saturday and was extremely impressed with the service. I have some upcoming visits and I look forward to continuing my care with Dr. Patel and the team! I highly recommend the Dental Group of Chicago!

I had a scheduled cleaning. When I arrived I was informed that because I did not agree to having a scaling done, the hygienist would be unable to clean my teeth. I have had scalings done all of my life. I have never been refused service if I declined the scaling procedure. The cleaners that I have received from this facility have been rather intrusive, so I would not be receptive towards the scaling which goes below the gum line. I have excellent dental coverage and I felt this was due to the fact much of my dental benefit has been unused. All care one receives should be patient driven, not what another feels you should do. I felt that what I was told was biased and very unethical. I have filed a complaint and will not be returning to this facility. Patient rights need to always be respected. The reception staff have always been very friendly, professional and respectful.

Dr. Patel and her staff are professional and polite. They discuss treatment plan options before services are done, maintaining integrity. Finally, the location is central to public transportation; in addition to free parking adjacent to the building. Highly recommended.
