Dental Health Associates - East Clinic

On my first visit it took twelve minutes to do a quick check in since no one was at the Orthodontist desk. Once checked in I met the assistant and dentist quickly. However, when I met the General Dentist he couldn’t do anything for me because staff was supposed to have scheduled me with an Orthodontist for retainer work, not a General Dentist. I was very disappointed especially since I came to the appointment in a wheelchair and had to arrange a ride.

Great experience I will always come to this dentist they are well organized and very knowledgeable about their business. What I love the most it's about about patient health and care not money. I highly recommend this establishment.

I’m debating on even going back to this establishment as I encounter Becky this morning who is a dental hygienist and she was UNBELIEVABLY RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL, and overall I feels she should not be in this type of industry if she can not obtain professionalism across the board to ALL PATIENTS. I’m a 34 Mixed race woman - mostly looked at probably at that facility as a BLACK WOMAN. It was so bad I had to ask to speak with her superior- Whom I did speak with by the name of Andrea Bergen (Clinic Admin). The place to me is over not very welcoming to me as a new patient & a person of color as I NEVER see any other race as patients there. I just never felt so uncomfortable in my life. -The one star i unfortunately had to give to even post the review but I am not giving them a star for service!
