Dental Health Associates - Old Sauk Clinic

Cassie was brilliant, best cleaning I have ever had and the dentist unhurried and thorough. We switched insurance and asked friends who they would recommend, that is how we chose dental associates. We filled out our information on line and we’re told what to bring to our first appointment, license, insurance cards. No where did it mention to have our records sent from our prior dentist. Cassie sent a text on the day of our appointments to have the charts sent over. Which I did but that was 1 hour before the appointment. As a result there were no X-rays or date of last X-rays. I didn’t want to get X-rays if I had just gotten them. It took her 10 or more minutes to locate them. My suggestion is when the reminder is sent to new patients that the directive to transfer the charts is included there. My husband and I talked about first impressions. We agreed that check in seemed an issue. There were 4 people at the desk and yet there was a line. There was a person in training, that happens

As a new patient, I had a wonderful first visit. I was greeted warmly by the front desk staff. My hygienist was kind, knowledgeable and skilled. She provided education helpful in promoting oral health and addressed matters of concern to me. The dentist was kind and professional and set up expectations for my treatment plan. Front desk staff scheduled new appointments for me. The entire dental team made me feel welcome and cared for… I look forward to future visits.

Had a great experience today at Dental Health. Cassie was my hygienist and she did a fantastic job. I would recommend her to anyone who is anprehensive of going to the dentist.
