My experience at this office was absolutely great. I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Dr. Barron the next day after I called. My appointment was at 3:30. I arrived at 3:10. Angelina the receptionist was very nice and pleasant. They called me to the back at 3:30 and Bobbi the assistant made me feel so comfortable. By the time she finished explaining everything Dr. Barron was there. He asked me how I was doing and by the time I answered I was numb and he was working on my tooth. No pain at all the needle didn't even hurt. I was walking out of that office at 3:55. Thank you Angelina, Bobbi and Dr Barron you guys are awesome.

Today I had appointment at 11:00 Am this is not the first time to complain they are still respecting time after one hour and half at 12 :30 to see the dentist this is ridiculous I have a question if they don't respect appointments why they give us appointments

First of all, these people are so rude. I haven’t even went to my first appointment but when I went for my X-rays they said they would call me after getting my insurance approval but they didn’t call so they call today I make a new appointment they call 30 minutes later and the lady “Griselda” however you spell her name is so rude and slick with her tongue going back and forth with me basically trying to call me a liar and say the doctor won’t see me again if I don’t make the next appointment. Even tho they never confirmed for the first one. I said I’m at work the appointment is confirmed and she says “ oh I’m at work too” having a nasty attitude and tone. Never again. Called back and canceled the appointment because how I’m suppose to trust you guys with my teeth with a nasty attitude and tone? There’s better practices with better service I recommend looking else where
