I like the Dentist, but office Staff is bad. They never called me to cancel the appointment and they made me drive 45 minutes with snow, and when I got there just a simple sign hanging on the door” sorry we are close” they need to be responsable

I’ve had a temporary filling in my mouth since January it’s now mid august. They re did it once bc the first time they didn’t submit the X-rays to the insurance so of course they denied the crown. Went back got X-rays post root canal over a month ago and still nothing no call back . I don’t understand why they are leaving all of their patients without a crown post root canal??? This can’t be standard practice. Very very disappointed. Update: it’s December and I still have a temporary filling. No phone call to follow up or anything. ALMOST A FULL YEAR LATER

I felt rushed to fill out the thousands of forms given to me to fill out, but one of the receptionists was really nice and very helpful. The dentist did not even introduce himself to me, which was very disappointing. That's common courtesy I think! The hygienist was friendly and professional as well as informative. I had to ask her what is the name of the dentist. They're very close to where I live so I hope my next visit positively over shadows the first one.
