Excellent doctor!!!Very thorough and caring. I'm terribly afraid of the dentist and she's very sensitive to that and goes the extra mile to make you feel comfortable. Love her! I came to Dr. Sandra Rodriguez. for braces. When I arrived, the front desk was very helpful. My treatment was excellent and I found Dr. Sandra Rodriquez to be nice and understanding. Very pleasant indeed! Dr. Sandra Rodriguez. is a great doctor who listens to the patient and takes care of me and my brother with great attention.. * Cleanliness/appearance of the practice is good * Quality of patient services/friendliness of the staff is wonderful * Waiting times was very fast * Effectiveness of dental treatments * Technology/equipment * Overall patient experience was amazing

If I could give this 0 stars I absolutely would. Highly recommend to stay away from this place unless you want to be charged a surgery from a 1 and 1/2 years ago, they stated the insurance would cover the surgery they were performing. I refused to get this surgery done as the surgery was not something I wanted to get done unless the insurance covered it. The Dr. Kept pushing and pushing for it although I kept refusing as I wanted to be sure the insurance would be covering. The receptionist then informed me that my insurance was going to cover this surgery which then at this time I agreed to have this surgery performed. Fast forward to a year and a half later as I’m trying to get my braces removed and my balances are supposably completely paid off , I can’t get my braces removed as they’re now requesting for me to pay this surgery, although, they stated the insurance was covering this. I blindly also recommended my mom to this dentist which then they performed a bad job on her and she h
