This was my best experience with a dental practice. The entire staff was so professional and personable from the time I walked in the door until I left. Dr. Smith and the hygienist were thorough and very helpful answering all my questions. I am so glad I found Dental Partners!

Just no... The failure of this place is in their office/reception. My wife is in pain and needed cavities filled. I made an appointment for my wife well in advance of their first available opening, which was about 10 days out. I gave them her insurance information at the time the appointment was made. After suffering for over a week, my wife receives a call, TWO DAYS BEFORE HER APPOINTMENT, telling her that her insurance is not accepted by them and she will have to pay full price for all procedures, otherwise she can just cancel her appointment. Since they had the insurance information on day one, they could have informed upon setting the appointment that the insurance wasn't taken. What kind of dentist office allows their patients to suffer like that, and then drop this bombshell? Now my wife will have to suffer an additional two or three weeks until we can find another dentist who can fit her in. Avoid the drama and suffering afflicted by Dental Partners - South Knoxville.
