I am delighted with the dental treatment I received at Dental Serenity; however, I must bring to attention some concerns regarding the admin and billing staff's professionalism. Regrettably, I received an email from the billing department over 10 months after an appointment, addressing a charge for my treatment. The belated communication was quite alarming and unprofessional. Furthermore, the email inaccurately mentioned the charge date, raising doubts about the integrity of their financial records. It is essential for them to improve their communication and billing processes to avoid such discrepancies, as they can be frustrating for patients. While Dental Serenity of Manhattan provides decent dental services, addressing these issues would undoubtedly enhance their customer service and prevent similar incidents in the future. I hope they take the necessary steps to improve their administrative and billing practices for a more seamless experience for their patients.

I have been going to this dentistry for several years now--Dr. Chang is a true gem! I have also had the pleasure of seeing Dr. Keh who is simply wonderful. Everything here is state of the art and there is a true attention to detail. The hygienist, Taylor will have your teeth sparkling clean! The courtesy and professionalism exhibited from the front desk is always welcomed and appreciated. Shout outs to Tamara and Stephanie! You really feel like you are part of the family here and these ladies definitely go above and beyond.

Dr. Chang has assisted me for many years. She is extraordinarily professional, attentive to details, provides an uncommon quality of care, and is just fun to talk with.
