Good experience overall for wisdom teeth removal. Only complaint is not being seen at my scheduled appointment time. This has happened twice since being going there. Typically being seen from 30 mins to over an hour from my appointment time. Hopefully this improves. Overall very friendly staff would recommend for wisdom teeth removal services.

I’ve been a customer here for years. LINDSAY on the front desk was there during my appointment. She told me I need to wait 30 to 45 min. I asked if I can step out and if she call me I can be there in 1 min. She refused to call me and say if im not there my appointment is lost… by this time I've been waiting to be seen. (Does it really take that much? To call?) As I wait the 30 minutes she tells me my appointment is canceled. I waited a month already for this appointment and she told me I need to wait another month. So unconsidered and rude to blame it on me for not confirming my appointment. BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE AND THEY DO NOT PUT YOUR TIME IN CONSIDERATION.

I had an excellent experience at Dental Smiles, from beginning to end! All the front desk staff were super nice, and my hygienist Kelly, did an AMAZING job cleaning my teeth! Everything was clean and sanitized, I felt very comfortable and safe.
