Dental Smiles of NC

I recently had the pleasure of visiting Dental Smiles of NC, and I must say that my experience there was nothing short of exceptional. Dr. Hewett is a fantastic dentist who truly cares about his patients' well-being. He pays close attention to their needs and goes above and beyond to make them feel comfortable throughout the entire dental procedure. One thing that stood out to me about this dental office is that they don't try to sell you on unnecessary treatments or services. Instead, they focus on providing the best possible care to their patients, utilizing the latest technology in the field. During my visit, I was impressed with the high-quality intra-oral pictures that they provided, which clearly showed any issues with my teeth. The hygienist, Alisa, was wonderful as well. She was gentle and thorough, making sure to address all of my concerns and answer any questions that I had. Alysa was LOVELY and by far the most kind and educational dental hygienist that I’ve ever had the pleasure of seeing. Dr. Hewett was very kind and efficient and I had a wonderful time in their office. Everyone here is kind, funny, and offers the best patient experience possible. GREAT HAPPY ❤️❤️

This was our first visit to Dental Smiles off NC. All of the staff were very friendly and answered my questions patiently. The office itself was very clean and beautifully decorated. Our previous dentist’s office cannot compare. I found Dental Smiles of NC after searching for a dentist who was taking new patients with Medicaid, which my son has for adoption assistance. Sadly, a patient with Medicaid is often treated as a second class citizen. This was not the case at all at Dental Smiles of NC! The dentist was exceptionally caring and patient as he answered questions and talked about options, and the hygienists were thorough and very kind. Even the receptionists were friendly and seemed happy to see us. I’m glad we switched to Dental Smiles!
