Dental Specialty Center of Cape Coral

I cannot begin to thank Dr Schnieder and his staff for the upmost care that they gave to me at my visit yesterday 10/19/23. I was NOT referred to them but had used this office before and remembered how caring they were towards my son so I decided to use their services again OVER the referral from my own dentist. From my first phone call in the AM all the way to my appointment, pulling of tooth and all the aftercare information, etc and leaving the office, EVERYONE was friendly, professional, caring and made me feel as comfortable as ever and I am happy to say that I will definitely refer my friends/family/coworkers to this Center. Thank you everyone again for taking the time for me and my needs.

Do not go here!!! They have wrongfully charged my insurance crazy amount of money and I only went for a check this has gotten out of hand and I think they steal money from alot of people. Call them ask for itemized bills every time you went , to see exactly what they are doing that you don’t see! You have right to receive this detailed bill. Then check with your insurance to confirm. This place is a fraud!!!!!!!

I am disappointed. I was referred by my dentist for a surgery. I went in person the first time to make an appointment for consultation. The black girl (I regret not getting the name) at the reception was rude and unprofessional. She wanted to check if they took my insurance so she went to the back office. After about ten minutes, came back and ignored me while complaining about the AC. The other receptionist was kind enough to get me scheduled. I thought it was a one time issue as the place was busy that afternoon. However, I called to confirm my appointment today and the same person answered. You guessed it right - she was unfriendly and rude. I honestly cannot place trust in a medical establishment who can't have a caring and compassionate person at the front desk (the very first impression for a patient). I am sure the others in the office are not as bad. I have decided not to return.
