The best decision I made was to change my dentist because I was having bad experiences with the place I was going to before.The are very professional and you can get an appointment almost next day. They get you in and out. Dental care is my new home now and that’s something I can smile about. Thanks Dr. Hennessy.

I have been a patient here for years and the last year or so has been disappointing. I really like my dentist but the other staff has just went down in service. 1. The hygienist change your appointment without calling 2. The hygienist put her gloves on then was messing with her hair and proceeded with my cleaning 3. The hygienist ask me about a fluoride treatment. I ask was it a part of my insurance covered cleaning. She said yes its a part of regular care. Then after she proceeded to put this sticky mess on my teeth and all on my lips she said most insurance does not cover it. So she manipulated the extra $20 out of me then the doctor wrote a prescription for fluoride. I don't like being lied to and wasn't prepared to pay an additional $20. 4. When I got ready to check out the hygienist let the front desk know I was ready to check out. The front desk lady said it would be a minute. Came in for a cleaning and check-up. The doctor and hygienist were very helpful, and made sure to explain which items they were recommending were/weren't covered by my insurance. Only complaint I have is that their online billing statements don't connect what you owe to the specific line items that weren't covered, and the staff isn't always able to explain it.
