Had a confusion happen where the receptionist assumed my insurance was TennCare. This is an insurance that TennCare uses, true, but that is not my case. I talked kind and told her about the online referral to these dentists. This is literally who is on my list, and eight of the drs are listed. Odd. Anywho… I accepted her attitude and words, but I will probably not call again. This person is my only experience with you guys and have no clue who she is. She seems a bit hostile to have on the front line.
This is my fourth time going to see Dr. Bari McFarland, very nice doctor, caring and profession at what he does. I would highly recommend him to anyone. Not forgetting his staffs. They are very nice and friendly . Thanks ladies for always welcoming me with warm heart ❤️
Dr McFarland is the best Dentist I have ever been to. I would recommend him to anyone. And all the staff are super nice and helpful.keep up the great work. Thank you all for everything.
