Dr. Ryan is always very kind and takes his time. He constantly checks in to make sure I understand what he doing and that I am comfortable. I’ve had previous experiences (with other dentists) where that wasn’t the case and I didn’t go back. Thank you Dr. Ryan. You are a true professional.
My appointment to pick up my dentures has been canceled twice. I was not notified my appointment was canceled. Front desk was not helpful or apologetic when I showed up for the appointment. She stated they had called and texted me. This is not true. I received a text yesterday confirming my appointment and a phone message also confirming. No apology for the waste of my time and expense of the wasted trip. Very disappointed.
No words can express the kindness from Kensy at the front desk to Doris the Dentist Assistant and how wonderfully considerate and kind Dr Ryan was!! Thank you a million times over for taking care of me and my broken tooth❤️
