10/10 What a good experience l had today at my cleaning. The hygienist, and support staff did everything to meet my needs. The hygienist was helpful by giving positive feedback and giving clear instructions in using my WaterPik.

I actually really like Dr. Tabachnik but I had an appointment today that I scheduled and was on my way to. I called to let them know that I was caught in some weird road construction but was very close and would be there shortly. My appointment was at 3:00pm and I called at 3pm to inform them of how close I was, which was approximately 2 minutes away. The person on the phone informed me that they gave away my appointment because I did not confirm. I informed her that I never cancelled it so why would it be given away. She stated that their policy is that if you do not confirm that they give it away within 48hrs but I was also told that if I did not cancel it within 48hrs and no showed that I would be charged a fee. I manage a very busy doctor's office that I arrive at 6am and sometimes don't leave until 6:30pm. I have always made it to my dentist appointments and have been going to Dr. Tabachnik for years. The staff were kind and accommodating! I was able to be seen same day, as, due to unforseen circumstances, another located had to reschedule my appt for the second time and they didnt have any openings for a while. I appreciated Mayfield for being able to squeeze me in and have my appt happen as scheduled!
