Great Service Desk engagement and exceptional Customer Service. They engaged with Insurance to transfer PCD and provided the clear breakdown of services and cost to Insurance and Out of Pocket contributions including suggestions on immediate necessary treatments. Technician and Doctors were very professional and took time to discuss each step in the process. Also, did the follow-up next day following the procedure. Would surely recommend this office to family and friends.

Everyone was so kind, knowledgeable, and professional. Their staff did an excellent job of explaining everything to me in terms of procedure and cost. Let me emphasize: they were transparent about the cost of everything *before* they did it, AND they were able to work with me and my insurance to make things more financially feasible! Can’t recommend them strongly enough, such a great team!

I recently went here with my three sons ages 7, 6, and 4. The entire staff was wonderful with them, made them feel comfortable and welcomed, and even gave them all gifts. The entire office made it a priority to ensure my kids enjoyed their time and looked forward to returning, which is so key with children and dentists. They are all now looking forward to the next time we come, which is a big improvement for us. I also utilize Dentists at Hyde Park Plaza personally and have had nothing but good experiences thus far. I definitely recommend this dentist in general and for families with young children.
