Stephanie receptionist being very rude upon asking question for second time. She wasn’t helping at all about the confusion which I had about bleach strips. She have to work on her behavior. It’s her job to help to not tell them she can’t help with simple question.
Will not be returning and my family of 6 has been with them since their grand opening. Adult side front office has thee worst attitudes, their billing department has no idea what they are doing. I went in for a cleaning, got X-rays and notice I had someone else last name on my account and the chick at the front desk refused to correct it, was seen by the dentist and never received a cleaning, I was told I needed a deep cleaning however they didn’t have a hygienist to do it and would call me once they had one… two months later I call and they have had a new hygienist the last month and never bothered to call me. The children’s side male dentist has no business being a kid’s dentist as he has zero patience with children nor knows how to talk to them and good luck getting an appointment that’s not 4 months out.
By far the worst experience I have ever had with a dentist. As nervous as I was already, Dr Baltayan did not make the situation any more comfortable. Dr wanted to pull my wisdom tooth, while telling me this will cause paralysis on my face. He didn't care about the risk. He just wanted to pull my wisdom tooth out and take my money. I know there is a different procedure, called a coronectomy but he kept telling me "we don't do it." But kept asking me if I wanted to get my tooth extracted with him. If I have to pay out of pocket I would, if the risk is there for temporal/permanent paralysis. He basically screamed at me, because I didn't want to proceed with him, and I wanted a second opinion. I have family that work for dentistry, and a personal family friend dentist, and Dr Baltayan, seemed like he just wanted to get my tooth out and get paid. He didn't care about me as his patient. I DONT RECOMMEND THIS DENTIST. Dr Baltayan was extremely rude, and unprofessional. Never coming here again
