Dentists of Melbourne

I always read reviews before I go somewhere, but always choose to make my own judgements. And I'm so glad I did! I needed to get a quick appointment before my new job starts next week so I found that I could make an appointment online with Dr. Hoang and it offered a few choices. The front office staff was friendly and welcoming. I was so impressed with the state of the art equipment and efficiency and cleanliness. Dr. Hoang and his assistant was caring and thorough. They didn't try to sell me anything and there were no surprise charges. The doctor checked to see if I would be able to get a hygiene appointment while I was there for my doctor appointment. This is my new dental office! I made my 6 month appointment and was in and out in an hour. This is a very caring, professional and efficient office and team of medical professionals!

I just want to take the time to write this review because of how extraordinary this office and staff are. I have NEVER liked going to the dentist. When I walked in, I was greeted by two beautiful sweet women at the front desk who were cheerful and helpful. This office does not waste paper and has efficient ways for new patient forms that are in depth and easy to fill out. Yesterday was a tough day for me and everybody took their time and was just SOOO NICE. The dentist is smart, detailed, and caring. When I went to check out, the staff had made me a handwritten card letting me know I was in their prayers and thoughts. I just cannot say enough how great this experience was. Also, their prices are very affordable and they are willing to try to work with you!

Hopefully this fraudulent office now under investigation stays closed. They are thought related to Viera Modern Dentistry… Buyer beware and READ your insurance documents. It will save you possibly 1000s, as they charge more than they are allowed for many services, not all, which makes it tricky.
