Terrible service - very low courtesy and professionalism shown at my appointment today - Dr. Theriot and the office manager could have done a better job but didn't.
Dentists of Metairie definitely deserves a 5 star rating! They are extremely professional, courteous, patient and kind. The entire staff was welcoming and concerned about the treatment that was necessary for my daughter. I can sincerely assure you that you will be in excellent hands when you come to this office.
Just finished having my teeth cleaned by Lori Gerarve, RDH and a continuing care exam by Dr. Allyson Hanson, DDS. I have been a patient of this office for a couple of years now and I can't say enough good things about each employee from the front desk staff, the X-ray techs, Lori, and Dr. Hanson! Painless, and even pleasant visits, from start to finish. I appreciate that all of my questions are addressed at every stage of care. Their equipment is state of the art and their people are friendly and wonderful. I'm happy to be a patient of Dentists of Metairie!
