Dentists of Westwood

I really don’t like leaving negative reviews about places especially after reading so many positive things. But how ever my personal experience was Totally different! I went in to have a crown placed on my teeth it was supposed to be a in and out thing however the dental assistant at that time was rushing and getting frustrated while sizing my teeth and putting on my temporary crown.. not even 24 to 48 hours the temporary crown came off I call the dentist office and was told that There wasn’t a dentist in the building that could fix my teeth and that the Dr. who originally put my crown on was out of office and sick. I was recommended to one of there sister branches That there apart of. That branch finally fixed the temporary crown.after telling me they didn’t like to touch dentist of westwoods work I Literally had to BEG THEM TO DO THE WORK! Finally comes time for my appointment To get my permanent crown placed on my tooth I Arrive and was told the doctor was sick and wouldn’t b

Dr. Zusha and kamari did a fantastic job on my Crown and they were very gentle and caring made my appointment very relaxing. I will be back and I recommend the Dentist of Westwood if you don’t have a dentist

I'm very disappointed in this as the ladies that work there are very nice. I don't understand how a dentist was not fully prepared to help my mother with a full month scheduled in advance? To make things worse they referred my mother to another dentist who only take delta insurance. We won't be back.
