Been here 3 times in the past year for my cleanings and cavities, love the interior it’s very nice. And I like that they have tvs in the ceiling and the wall, which allows you to be entertained while they’re working. Staff is awesome, regularly seen by Dr. Song who’s a total G, very professional and does a great job with his craft. The billing receptionist Ron is super chill and funny guy, it shows how much he likes working there.

My experience with the dentist office has been a rollercoaster. I’ve officially spent over $3,000 out of pocket for dental care due to being uninsured but this isn’t enough for the office to return my calls or emails. They failed to present me with a treatment plan but wanted to schedule the appointment. Again, I’m a cash patient and having to come up with $1,000 on the spot isn’t feasible for me. Even though they were ready to make the appointment on the spot, and when I declined they said they could email the treatment plan. Didn’t happen. Next day Daisy calls me to tell me she’s emailing me the treatment plan. She doesn’t. Then the weekend happens. I now have a deeply infected tooth, swollen face and in the most severe pain of my life. My head feels like it’s splitting open. I chose them because they advertise being an emergency establishment. This isn’t true. They will not prioritize you. Even if you’ve spent thousands with them. Take your money somewhere else.

They decided to double the rates during inflation, also, you were able to send me a text messages about my appointment, but failed to mention the surprise pricing until I arrived, hope you realize you’re loyal customers will not be returning. Dentologie plus plan went from $150 to $300. So the current pricing for a single teeth cleaning is now $169. Are you crazy?????
